Aize Obayan

Aize Obayan

Aize Obayan is Professor of Counselling, specializing in Multicultural issues in Counselling. She is the immediate past Vice - Chancellor of Covenant University, Nigeria, where she served for eight academic sessions as the second substantive Vice- Chancellor and Landmark University. She is a seasoned academic, speaker and award-winning university administrator. In 2006, the National Universities Commission awarded her Best Vice-Chancellor (Private Universities Category). Aize Obayan, has served as a member of the Board of National Universities Commission, Nigeria, the Central Bank of Nigeria’s FSS 2020 Human Capital Development Committee and the Council of the Nigerian Institute of Management. She has won several awards and delivered Keynote Addresses, speaking to issues of Higher Education, Management, Leadership and Gender, on a number of platforms, nationally and internationally. She has also been currently involved in developing curricula for Leadership Development Studies and Personal Development Programmes at Certificate, Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. In addition, she has also been involved in projects dealing with African Leadership Development issues. Aize Obayan looks forward to being increasingly relevant to today’s imperative for an African Renaissance and celebrates the compelling vision that gave birth to the Universities in the Living Faith Commission Worldwide as articulated by the Visionary, Dr. David Oyedepo and considers her involvement in its actualization, a unique privilege, having been part of actualizing the global vision of the Universities since inception, geared towards changing the destiny of a Continent, via raising new generation of leaders and pathfinders. She currently serves as the Director of the African Leadership Development Centre of Covenant University.

Tayo Olosunde is the Founder and a Principal Partner of E-Green Service (a Sustainable Human Capital and Corporate Social Investment Management Firm). Tayo is the Co-founder and Team Lead at MindtheGap (an innovation, incubation and inclusive growth; Community and Youth Development Programme for NYSC). He is the Founder and Lead Partner at Leapfrog Institute (a public policy mainstreaming and implementation consortium). His vision is to "live in communities where the unique qualities of youth are fully developed, deployed and rewarded for the good of all". He does this by raising a critical mass of active economic agents #youth who will innovate, digitize & amplify every sector of the Nigerian & African economy #youthnomics. He is a social entrepreneur per excellence, in the last 6 years, Tayo has been at the vanguard of institutionalizing Social Entrepreneurship as a strategy to massive job creation for Nigeria Youth, through the identification and leveraging the intercession between Public-Private-Social Sectors for the effective mainstreaming and implementation of Global and National Development Agenda. He has served as Special Assistant to the Permanent Secretary Federal Ministry of Youth Development and has been the Team Lead for; the National Accelerated Youth Development Programme, Review of the National Youth Policy, UNDP-DGD Effective Participation of Youth in 2015 General Election, MDG's ICT-Education Policy Revitalization Programme (AccessDrive), Professionalizing Youth Work, and many more. A graduate of Sociology and Anthropology from the ObafemiAwolowo University, Ile-Ife, Tayo is a seasoned Human Resources Management Professional. In the past 10 years, he has done extensive Business Start-up and Re-engineering Projects. He has recruited and trained thousands of participants across Strategic, Tactical and Operational skills levels in the six geo-political zone of the Nation. He is a Researcher, Instructor, Motivator, Management Consultant and Sustainable Development Professional.





Gbenga Alalade

Pioneer Director of Works, Living Faith Church

Gbenga Alalade

Gbenga Alalade is a dynamic, versatile and passionate teacher, vast with in-depth insights and knowledge in youth work. He is a Contemporary Architect and Faculty at Covenant University. A passionate professional, with keen interest in Architectural structures. He is a registered Architect with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria(ARCON) and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architect (NIA). Having served in the directorate of Physical Planning & Development of the institution with services cutting across Campus Planning and Design, Project Management and Facilities Management, he served as the technical head for all design and construction related projects for the University.

He also served as the pioneer director of works for the Living Faith Church with the task of stability and innovation in Project management and Facilities Management for the Mission. One of such is the exterior remodeling of the 50,000 seat Faith Tabernacle, reputed as the largest auditorium in the world. He is a scholar and mentor to many young people. He is the Fellows president of Young Disciples International, a foremost youth ministry in Nigeria led by Joe-JesmielOgbe.





Emmanuel Asuquo

Emmanuel Asuquo

Emmanuel Asuquo is an astute early childhood educator whose life's work is summed by CEM -Children, Education and Media. As a Childhood Development Practitioner his interest lies in exploring the possible ways by which parents, educationists and all those who work with children can increase their Relational Intelligence with children. His passion to see strong and intellectually sound children raised has no boundaries. He works to see a formidable relationship forged between children and parents, children and educationists and all those who work with children. He volunteers his time on various social and humanitarian courses relating to children, youth, education, leadership and social enterprises among others. He serves on the Board of some leading youth organizations and continues to contribute towards the development of young people in Nigeria.

He accomplishes his life's assignment of raising ethical, moral, spiritual and intellectually strong children at Greater Scholars International School, Ajah-Lekki, Lagos as a 2nd Grade teacher. As a testament of his commitment and impacts of his work, he was recently promoted to Head the Communications and Customer Relations Team of the school. Thus, becoming the youngest member of the management team. ASUQUO lives in Lagos and loves to read, write and be in the company of children.

His career in the Corporate Communication & Branding Industry started in 2004 with Almanac Company, and he later worked with a few other Agencies in Nigeria. His main areas of focus have been in Corporate Communication with specialties in Brand Identity Development, Start-ups, Printing, Production & Packaging. In 2011, he founded Divinity Today Ministry, a para-church organization focused on providing resources for better living. He has pastored for years and facilitated numerous training programs. Her passion lies in the area of child development where she strongly believes that every child should have the privilege of a holistic development. Her passion to help children attain a holistic development informed her intentional career switch into the world of children and education despite her first degree in Petroleum Engineering. Her work centers on creating avenues, programmes and initiatives that ensure that children are holistically developed spiritually, emotionally, physically, socially and cognitively. She serves as a team member and Children Development Director.

Eghosa Noel

Eghosa Noel Ekhaese is a teacher and Life-Coach. He is the Founder and co-coordinator of Success Pavilion, an organization committed to training and impacting the world with practical steps to good and genuine success. He holds a PhD in Architecture with research interest in Domestic Architecture and Space Transformation, Sustainable Built Environmental Planning and Management, Urbanization, Social Change and Culture.


He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architect (AMNIA) provisional Member of Architect Registration Council of Nigerian and a Member of Association of Architectural Educators in Nigeria (AARCHES). He serves on the faculty at Covenant University where he teaches Architecture. Interestedly, his career prospect is to grow in his chosen field of research, provide relevant applied research solutions and develop skills in leadership training and mentoring to impact people and contribute to the immediate environment and man-kind in general.

He is the CEO of “The Edge Network” and Dean of the prestigious “Edge Academy”, an employment and employability social enterprise geared towards equipping young Professionals that will transform Organizations via demonstration of expertise. He is the founder and President of the NGO called Niche foundation that hosts the yearly “Dream Releasers Conference” for youths and “Transform” for state Government. He is also the custodian of the “Eden Centre” discovering, developing and developing Ambassadors into all spheres of influence for a social change. He was recently saddled with the responsibility to represent the Nigerian youth on the National Strategy for “Project Hope”, Anti-countering strategy with the U.S Consul-General and a youth advocate that worked as a youth Adviser to the Vice-Presidential Candidate, Fola Adeola in the just concluded election. Abraham Owoseni has a life mandate to raise a new breed of young people who are purposeful and holistically developed. He does this through various channels predominantly as a Chartered Architect, Educator, Youth Development Worker, Youth Minister, Life Skills Coach and Public Speaker. Abraham reaches out to thousands of young people annually ranging from teenagers to young adults in secondary schools, tertiary institutions, churches, teens and youth groups across his four major spheres of youth development: Spiritual, Physical, Emotional & Career development through seminars, workshops, boot camps, conferences, panel sessions, keynote presentations and various capacity building fora. He is passionate about making the education process holistic through the infusion of life skills in learning and development. Abraham founded Young Breeds, a non-profit youth-led community based organization primarily to bridge the life skills gap amongst young people in their development stages from childhood to adulthood. He has been thriving in the educational and youth development landscape for over half a decade. A recipient of a number of awards, Abraham has been featured on CoreTvNews, AIT NewsHour, Pulse Ng, Vanguard Newspaper, WiG radio, Inspiration FM 92.3, Hebron FM and other platforms. He has earned certifications and degrees from Covenant University, Daystar Leadership Academy, World Changers Forum, Erudio Hub Academy, Word of Faith Bible Institute, Guardians of the Nation International, Digital Bridge Institute, Young Stars Foundation amongst others. His books, articles, posts and other resources on print & online media have been notable tools in remoulding minds. He is a veritable author of the debut, The Career Leader, Values of a Father, School on Purpose amongst others; a passionate teacher, career mindset coach, teen mentor and profound thought leader. He serves as the Team Lead and Youth Development Director.

Jedidah Moses is a graduate of Covenant University where she bagged a first class degree in Biochemistry. Jedidah is adept in numeracy and analytical propositions. As a graduate student, she has great interest for hypertension research couple with a high interest in child health and development. She is a lover of mission outreaches especially medical and juvenile outreaches. She has served and also volunteers with organizations such as the Eagles HOPE Foundation and Quick Medical Consults. During her leisure time, she does photography, videography and writing, especially poems.

Jedidah brings on board her expertise and experiencein children education, public health and hygiene in service to Young Breeds across the children and youth development programs such as Daniels Bible Club, Youth Development Academy and Youth Development Boot Camp.



Adedolapo Akintunde is a competent and detail-oriented administrative professional with a proven track record of working efficiently with minimal supervision under ambiguous situations and managing requirements from multiple stakeholders. Dolapo is self-motivated, goal oriented and possesses a can-do attitude. She is an excellent listener and communicator, with a customer centric approach to driving solutions. Dolapo is passionate about nutrition and diet as a means for promoting healthy eating and healthy living for both young and old.

She brings on board her expertise and experience in administration, event management and dietetics in service to Young Breeds across the children and youth development programs such as the Youth Development Academy, Youth Development Conference and the Youth Development Boot Camp.



Abiodun Mustapha holds a Bachelor and Masters degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta in Nigeria. His lifework is centered on reconciling young men and women to God for the discovering and fulfilment of divine purpose. He does this as an inspirational author, purpose coach, research consultant and as an academician. Abiodun is the curator of Purposeful Generation and Campus Corner, online communities for equipping students and graduates on social media. He is the author of three e-books: A-Z of an Achiever, Spiritual Bastards and Principles of Greatness. He serves concurrently as the Research and Content Manager at Lead Resources, Nigeria.

Abiodun brings on board his expertise and experience in programming, project management, training and research in service to Young Breeds as the Programs Coordinator.

Although as a self taught developing programmer his journey to become a top notch developer has taken many twists and turns he has never stopped engaging his passion to solve problems. As a web developer, I enjoy using my unequivocal love for creating new things to solve problems.

Chiemezie Ohalewa has a drive passion of giving brands a unique view feel about brand identity with unique concepts. He is a freelance graphics designer and the founder of Spectacles Concepts branding and graphics agency. He has worked with creative agencies and brands such as Smate and Smate, and Hope Transformation
